Being an engineer cum entrepreneur myself, I'd really appreciate it if I could just be a part of this rich community that Toptal hosts. Further more I think it would be an amazing experience to get to know where do I stand in the software engineering field and more importantly what more resources do I need to have/learn so that I can be useful in developing something that might affect people's life positively in the future.
Passion is what motivates me to keep pushing forward and I think Toptal Software Engineers Community would act as a catalyst for me to achieve my goals. While reading about Toptal, the first thing that made me think about it was how unique their signing up was. Not something that you see in other recruitment websites and this is what makes Toptal unique and attractive.
I think that's why I want to join this community. To get to know the feel of the industry and experience something unique.
